Southern Hideaway's Vacation Rental Policies

Upon checking into your unit, the credit card we have on file will be held in place of a $200 deposit in case of damages. Once you have checked-out and the unit has passed inspection, the hold will be credited back to your account. If damages should exceed the $200 deposit, the difference will also be charged to your credit card on file. If you would like to make different arrangements for the safety deposit, please contact the office at 877-499-1573.

Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM. Late check-out may be arranged based on availability for an additional fee. All units are non-smoking. Smoking in a unit will result in the loss of your security deposit. Our company makes sure to provide you with sheets and towels for your stay. Laundry facilities are located on property or inside the unit; we do not provide detergent. Our standard practice is to clean the unit before arrival and after check-out. If you would like to make arrangements for daily maid service, you can do so for an additional fee by contacting our office at 877-499-1573. Toiletries, coffee filters, and trash bags are not provided. Prior to check-out, please be sure to wash and put away all dishes, put all dirty linens and sheets in a pile, and throw away any trash.
